Big Spaceship Design Studio Interviews w/ Owner's & Staff from Lynda.com⥥ Initially when I entered the classroom, the interview with owner Michael Lebowitz was in regards to what sets their studio apart from everyone else and their innovative approach. For starters their office is composed of different teams that are able to engage and collaborate in real time because they sit together. Each team consists of designers in different specialties, such as coders, pre-rendered 3D, flash anime, motion graphics among others to compile each unique team. They do not accept clients or employees that they feel are not a good fit. For instance if an intern is working throughout their studies and they feel they may be a good fit, they would bring them on board considering their willing.
